Get a return label
We'll send a prepaid return label to your email within 24 hours. You don't pay anything for the return.

Send the package
Pack the garment securely in its original packaging with all tags attached. Drop off the package at your nearest collection point.

Refund
We process your refund within 5–7 business days of receiving the return. The money is refunded to your original payment method.
30-day return policy
You have 30 days to return from the date of receipt.
Original condition
The garment must be unused and unwashed with all tags attached.
